Addison Housing Works

Addison Housing Works (formerly Addison County Community Trust) is a nonprofit affordable housing trust located in downtown Vergennes, VT. They develop, own, and manage affordable housing in Addison County, including rental apartments, mobile home parks, single-family homes, and senior housing. 

Addison Housing Works was founded 30 years ago in Middlebury, VT. Over the years they have conserved 6,000 acres of land and built or preserved hundreds of units of affordable housing.
